IP Systems ServCon GmbH completes it's product offers for mobile service quality and performance management solutions by launching a new product "Mobile Network Connectivity Probe"
"Mobile Network Connectivity Probe" (MNC Probe) enables mobile operators to monitor and measure elemental network parameters (e.g. network attach time, signal strength, IP context setup time, round trip times, data throughput for common TCP/IP- and WAP-protocols as well as content verification of HTML and WAP contents) in GSM- and UMTS-networks.
MNC Probe is implemented as a custom probe for HP OVIS and can be fully flexible integrated into your IT and operation processes.

From the 15th of November 2004 IP Systems ServCon GmbH provides MMS Probe for HP OVIS also with UMTS support for various modem cards. The product which was introduced in June 2004 with GPRS modem support has been already commonly used in the quality measurement systems of many international mobile operators. Now it supports also the UMTS cards from the leading manufacturers Novatel Wireless and Option Wireless Technologies.
There had been already a lot of interested customers in the preliminary stage of the product extension which now want to use MMS Probe for HP OVIS also for a more advanced quality monitoring of MMS services in GSM and UMTS networks.
A further feature of the new MMS Probe version is the introduction of a web based remote management and configuration tool which provides the possibility of a central administration of a large number of distributed probes - an advantage which provides a strong value add to mobile service providers.

A further VASP for mobile content- and value added services has decided to approach a data warehouse solution from IP Systems ServCon GmbH. The provider wants to use the data warehouse system to optimize the billing and rating processes of it's customers.
The IP Systems data warehouse solution offers customers a large number of advantages. Billing reports based on call data records (CDRs) and individual selection criteria (views) can be requested via a user interface and then easily created in real time. It can be used for a large number of different use cases.
With the IP Systems data warehouse solution product managers and VASP customers may get a comprehensive and flexible tool for a daily analysis of their product and business activities. The solution has been fully customized by IP Systems to the individual needs of the VASP.
